All domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground, FedEx or USPS, unless expedited
delivery is requested. If you are ordering from the lower 48 states you
should expect to receive your package within 5 to 12 business days. Some
products are shipped directly by the manufacture and are generally shipped
within 3 business days. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please
include a residential or business address to allow shipment reception. UPS
and FedEx does not accept P.O. Box addresses. Some oversized packages may
need to be delivered via Parcel or Freight. We do offer international
shipping. Please contact our sales department direct for proper shipping
quotes at APSracingUSA@gmail.com. On occasion we may be out of a product
you are ordering and we reserve the right to drop ship.
Returns
In the event you need to make a return, you will have (15) days to file a
return. Product must be returned in original packaging and properly
packaged. All other non-original packaging will not be accepted unless
authorized by APS Racing USA. Please contact us directly to receive our
Returned Good Authorization Form (RGA). Please include this form with your
returned item. We do not accept returns on custom ordered items. Customer is
subjected to a 25% stocking fee if him/her failed to contact us within the
(15) day time period. Returns will not be accepted without RGA form. You

Warranties
Many of the parts we sell are warranted by the manufacture. Most of these
warranties are 90 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us directly
if you have any question on a specific item warranty. Parts used for
competition or racing are only warranted under manufacture defects only.
They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance. Any
part that shows evidence of use, installation (contrary to manufactures
instructions) or damage will not be eligible for exchange, refund or
warranty consideration.
